Vika Teicher (Your Peri Godmother) is a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach with extensive experience in facilitating workshops and retreats both in person and online. As the lead facilitator, she will teach the essential nutrition and lifestyle practices for our peri/menopausal bodies and minds to thrive. Vika will lead most of the classes, covering:


  • The basics of eating for hormonal health
  • Essential lifestyle adjustments for mid-life
  • Coaching strategies to make changes possible and sustainable

Claudia Levine, MD

Dr. Claudia Levine is a Menopause Society Certified Menopause Practitioner, a primary care physician, and co-founder of Pausology, an educational platform designed to inform, prepare, and support individuals as they navigate the biological process from perimenopause to menopause and beyond.

As a guest facilitator, Claudia will offer a class providing essential medical insights, including:

  • An explanation of the hormonal changes from perimenopause to menopause
  • An overview of common symptoms
  • Key information about hormone therapy

Even without obvious symptoms of peri/menopause, your body is still affected by hormonal changes. While some may experience hot flashes, others might encounter lesser known symptoms such as frozen shoulder, thyroid issues, or anxiety.

Most doctors are not adequately trained in either nutrition or menopause. Additionally, the typical 10-15 minute appointment time is insufficient to thoroughly explore treatment options and the diet and lifestyle adjustments that perimenopausal women need to feel their best.

Your Peri Godmother Talks and Circles are supportive groups designed to unite women who are navigating perimenopause, the menopausal transition, or post-menopause. Through one-time talks or ongoing circles, we create a nurturing environment where women can openly ask questions and share from their own personal experience and wisdom. Gatherings are led by certified health coaches or medical practitioners who facilitate discussions and provide expert guidance.


The purpose of these circles:

  1. Support and Solidarity: Women often find comfort and validation in sharing their stories and hearing about others' experiences. These circles foster a sense of community and solidarity, helping members realize they are not alone in their journey.
  2. Knowledge Sharing: Given that perimenopause and menopause can manifest in diverse ways, the collective wisdom of the group becomes a valuable resource. Members can learn from each other's experiences, strategies, and solutions.
  3. Expert Guidance: With health coaches or medical practitioners leading the discussions, participants receive professional insights into managing symptoms, understanding hormonal changes, and adopting lifestyle adjustments that can improve their well-being.
