Vika Teicher (Your Peri Godmother) is a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach with extensive experience in facilitating workshops and retreats both in person and online. As the lead facilitator, she will teach the essential nutrition and lifestyle practices for our peri/menopausal bodies and minds to thrive. Vika will lead most of the classes, covering:

Even without obvious symptoms of peri/menopause, your body is still affected by hormonal changes. While some may experience hot flashes, others might encounter lesser known symptoms such as frozen shoulder, thyroid issues, or anxiety.
Most doctors are not adequately trained in either nutrition or menopause. Additionally, the typical 10-15 minute appointment time is insufficient to thoroughly explore treatment options and the diet and lifestyle adjustments that perimenopausal women need to feel their best.
We don't have to face these changes in silence and isolation. By sharing our experiences and recognizing that we are part of a community of women undergoing a significant rite of passage, we create opportunities for greater ease, joy, and connection.
The menopausal transition is pivotal for a woman’s health span. Many don't realize that as reproductive hormones decline, so do muscle mass, bone density, and cognitive health. How a woman prepares for these changes can not only ease her menopausal symptoms but also set her up for healthy aging. This can mean the difference between an active, joyful retirement and one centered around doctor's appointments.
This workshop is open to anyone who is peri or post-menopausal and needs support with symptom management or wants to ensure they are doing everything possible to prepare for an easeful menopausal transition and healthy aging.

Your Peri Godmother Talks and Circles are supportive groups designed to unite women who are navigating perimenopause, the menopausal transition, or post-menopause. Through one-time talks or ongoing circles, we create a nurturing environment where women can openly ask questions and share from their own personal experience and wisdom. Gatherings are led by certified health coaches or medical practitioners who facilitate discussions and provide expert guidance.
