I am a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach with Level 1 & 2 training from the International Menopause Society. This builds on more than two decades in the healing arts, including my work as a Nutrition Consultant and Educator, where I helped clients address pain, hormonal imbalances, and chronic conditions connected to diet and lifestyle.
My journey began as a massage and yoga therapist, evolving into roles as a grief educator, nutritionist, and health coach. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working closely with diverse clients, gaining profound insights into their well-being while fine-tuning my intuitive skills.
I am passionate about understanding the science behind wellness and distilling the latest research into useful and doable practices. I am thrilled to introduce and share this transformative program with you, so you can benefit from my extensive experience and dedication to fostering real health and well-being.
I’ve lived with anxiety for most of my adult life, but stepping into motherhood later in life brought new challenges. Early perimenopause layered on trauma, grief, and hormonal imbalance.
A difficult pregnancy and traumatic birth led to undiagnosed postpartum depression, PMDD, attention deficit, and chronic fatigue—all alongside the weight of feeling like I was falling short as a mother.
When both of my parents were diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, I found myself caregiving on two fronts. Out of necessity, I became a nutritionist to manage my own symptoms, protect my brain health, and support other women facing similar struggles.
After the abrupt loss of my parents, I began to see the connections between my anxiety, unprocessed grief, and unattended trauma. With the support of coaching, I was able to find new clarity, strength, and healing. That experience inspired me to train as a coach, so I could offer the same transformative support to others.
Optimizing it can uplift every other part of your life. Since most chronic illnesses are linked to lifestyle choices, coaching focuses on the mindset and behavior shifts that make healthy living sustainable.
It gave me hope, clarity, and focus. My wellness vision became my compass, and setting short- and long-term goals around that vision built confidence in my ability to change and grow. The result? More energy, more joy, and a sense of flow in my life.
